This is my special gift, that i've been crafting this type of integration of Deep BodyWork, Meditation and Sound Healing Journey for the last few years and the outcome has been truly special 💖 It's a session that goes for about 3h starting with setting an intention, tapping into the body awareness, followed with breathwork and meditation with basking in the I've been trained in Thailand, India and Bali (Thai, Indo-Thai and Tantra Massage), so i use more eastern approach to a human body. Massage includes deep pressure, as well as passive stretching, twists, joint mobilization, reflexology and energy work to bring a person into a harmonious state physically & energetically. After massage you might feel softer, rejuvenated, After the main bodywork i will show some taoist techniques to ground your energies and cultivate strong protection around you.
